permettre aux OG (organismes de gestion) de faciliter les \u00e9changes avec leurs adh\u00e9rents &#8211; ou\/et experts-comptables de leurs adh\u00e9rents &#8211; pour l\u2019obtention des documents utiles et n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 leurs missions de contr\u00f4le dans le cadre des proc\u00e9dures \u00ab <strong>EPS<\/strong> \u00bb\u00a0 (Examen P\u00e9riodique de Sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9) et \u00ab <strong>ECCV<\/strong> \u00bb (Examen de Concordance, de Coh\u00e9rence et de Vraisemblance).<\/p><p>Ces proc\u00e9dures \u00e9tant d\u00e9sormais obligatoires pour les OG, l\u2019association Edificas et le CSOEC (Conseil de l\u2019ordre des experts-comptables) ont souhait\u00e9 mettre en place cette nouvelle t\u00e9l\u00e9proc\u00e9dure \u00e0 laquelle les portails et les \u00e9diteurs ont souscrit dans leur grande majorit\u00e9 pour \u00ab faciliter \u00bb la gestion de ces nouvelles missions.<\/p><p><strong>Une fois d\u00e9finis les redevables sur lesquels vont porter l&rsquo;EPS ou l&rsquo;ECCV, la cin\u00e9matique des flux est la suivant :<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>L\u2019OG demande les \u00e9critures comptables \u00e0 l\u2019adh\u00e9rent ou \u00e0 son expert ;<\/li><li>Ce dernier lui retourne le fichier des \u00e9critures comptables (FEC) ;<\/li><li>L\u2019OG analyse le FEC et demande \u00e9ventuellement une ou plusieurs pi\u00e8ces comptables justificatives ;<\/li><li>L\u2019adh\u00e9rent ou l\u2019expert transmettent \u00e0 l\u2019OG les pi\u00e8ces demand\u00e9es ;<\/li><li>En parall\u00e8le, un syst\u00e8me de questions\/r\u00e9ponses avec information est mise en \u0153uvre.<\/li><li>Le tout en EDI, int\u00e9gr\u00e9 directement dans les logiciels et portails ayant impl\u00e9ment\u00e9 cette nouvelle t\u00e9l\u00e9proc\u00e9dure.<\/li><\/ul><p>Pour rappel, L\u2019EPS \u00e9tant r\u00e9alis\u00e9 concomitamment \u00e0 l\u2019ECCV, l\u2019OGA dispose d\u00e9sormais de 9 mois \u00e0 compter de la date de r\u00e9ception des d\u00e9clarations de r\u00e9sultat pour r\u00e9aliser l\u2019ECCV et l\u2019EPS.<\/p><p>ASPOne.fr vous propose cette nouvelle t\u00e9l\u00e9proc\u00e9dure aux conditions suivantes :<\/p><ul><li>Un forfait unique tr\u00e8s abordable par dossier\u00a0(mission EPS pour un adh\u00e9rent) pour l\u2019OG quel que soit le nombre de pi\u00e8ces, leur volume, ou le nombre d\u2019\u00e9changes avec l\u2019adh\u00e9rent ou l\u2019expert (voir <a title=\"Tarifs OGA\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aspone.fr\/index.php\/tarifs-oga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tarifs OGA<\/a>)\u00a0;<\/li><li>La gratuit\u00e9 pour l\u2019adh\u00e9rent ou l\u2019expert\u00a0\u00e0 cette t\u00e9l\u00e9proc\u00e9dure. En effet, la mission reposant sur les OG, l\u2019objectif a \u00e9t\u00e9 de trouver un prix juste pour l\u2019OG, mais de permettre \u00e9galement aux autres intervenants de participer activement, sans \u00eatre bloqu\u00e9 par une quelconque notion tarifaire ;<\/li><li>La\u00a0gratuit\u00e9 de l\u2019inscription au portail\u00a0pour les acteurs de l\u2019EDI-OGA non-inscrits sur le portail ainsi qu\u2019une\u00a0proc\u00e9dure facilit\u00e9e et automatis\u00e9e d\u2019adh\u00e9sion\u00a0pour limiter le temps \u00e0 passer sur ce processus.<\/li><li>Un\u00a0syst\u00e8me d\u2019alertes par email\u00a0pour vous informer de la disponibilit\u00e9 d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e8nement relatif \u00e0 EDI-OGA (demande de pi\u00e8ce, message d\u2019information, retour, \u2026)<\/li><li>Un \u00e9cran de suivi synth\u00e9tique d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 cette
