service ASPOne.fr est effective et vous disposez maintenant de vos codes d\u2019acc\u00e8s au portail.\u00a0<\/p><h4>Pour envoyer des d\u00e9clarations (hors utilisation de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aspone.fr\/index.php\/web-declarations\/\">Web-D\u00e9clarations<\/a> ), il y a 3 cas de figure possibles :\u00a0<\/h4><p><strong>1- Vous utilisez un logiciel de gestion qui propose l\u2019envoi de la d\u00e9claration :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>il faut configurer le logiciel de messagerie utilis\u00e9 pour int\u00e9grer le compte de messagerie correspondant \u00e0 votre compte ASPOne.fr (\u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du guide de configuration disponible dans l&rsquo;espace priv\u00e9 \u2013 rubrique AIDE) ;<\/li><li>param\u00e9trer l\u2019adresse destinataire (EDI-TDFC@ASPOne.fr, EDI-TVA@ASPOne.fr, DUCS@ASPOne.fr ) selon le type de d\u00e9claration g\u00e9r\u00e9e, dans les champs de votre logiciel pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 cet effet ;<\/li><li>l\u2019envoi de la d\u00e9claration se fera automatiquement quand vous cliquerez sur le bouton pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 cet effet apr\u00e8s la saisie des informations d\u00e9claratives et la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du fichier \u00e0 transmettre ;<\/li><li>le suivi du traitement de la d\u00e9claration et de sa validation par le destinataire se fait via les mails renvoy\u00e9s par le portail, soit en consultant le suivi dans votre espace priv\u00e9 sur le site www.ASPOne.fr.<\/li><\/ul><p><em>Certains \u00e9diteurs int\u00e8grent les Web Services\u00a0ASPOne.fr qui s\u00e9curisent et fiabilisent encore plus l\u2019envoi, voire le suivi, de vos d\u00e9clarations. Renseignez-vous aupr\u00e8s de votre \u00e9diteur pour savoir si cette option est disponible.<\/em><\/p><p><strong>2 &#8211; Vous envoyez votre d\u00e9claration par mail hors logiciel de gestion : <br \/><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>via un logiciel de messagerie type Outlook<br \/>Vous devez configurer un compte de messagerie correspondant \u00e0 votre compte ASPOne.fr (\u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du guide de configuration disponible dans l&rsquo;espace priv\u00e9 \u2013 rubrique AIDE)<\/li><li>via WEBMAIL (utilisable notamment quand les environnements de messagerie habituels ne supportent pas SMTPS)<br \/>Vous vous connectez sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aspone.fr\/webmail\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.aspone.fr\/webmail<\/a>, et apr\u00e8s avoir fourni votre identifiant ASPOne.fr et votre mot de passe, vous serez connect\u00e9 \u00e0 notre messagerie s\u00e9curis\u00e9e\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3- Vous utilisez l\u2019option \u00ab D\u00e9p\u00f4t \u00bb de votre espace priv\u00e9 :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>il faut cocher la t\u00e9l\u00e9proc\u00e9dure choisie (seules les t\u00e9l\u00e9proc\u00e9dures auxquelles vous \u00eates abonn\u00e9s sont disponibles)<\/li><li>d&rsquo;indiquer en objet de ce message un texte permettant d&rsquo;identifier votre t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9claration, exemple : envoi de t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9claration r\u00e9f. XXX &#8211; filiale XXX,\u00a0<\/li><li>d&rsquo;ins\u00e9rer en pi\u00e8ce jointe le fichier EDI (au format EDI ou compress\u00e9 dans un fichier ZIP); une seule pi\u00e8ce jointe est accept\u00e9e, pour la m\u00eame t\u00e9l\u00e9proc\u00e9dure ; Un fichier EDI peut contenir plusieurs d\u00e9clarations (d\u00e9pend des options disponibles dans le logiciel).\u00a0<\/li><li>et d&rsquo;envoyer ce message.\u00a0<\/li><li>le suivi du traitement de la d\u00e9claration et de sa validation par le destinataire se fait via les mails renvoy\u00e9s par le portail, soit en consultant le suivi dans votre espace priv\u00e9 sur le site www.ASPOne.fr<\/li><\/ul><h4>Vous recevrez en retour :\u00a0<\/h4><ul><li>Un accus\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception du portail (ADS : Avis de d\u00e9p\u00f4t sign\u00e9).\u00a0<\/li><li>Un compte-rendu du contr\u00f4le syntaxique effectu\u00e9 par le portail sur toutes d\u00e9clarations du message (ACS : Avis de conformit\u00e9 syntaxique).\u00a0<\/li><li>Un avis de retour indiquant l&rsquo;acceptation ou le rejet de(s) d\u00e9claration(s) par le(s) destinataire(s) (ARS : Avis de Retour Sign\u00e9).\u00a0<\/li><li>Un avis d\u2019information contenant des donn\u00e9es mises \u00e0 disposition par la DGFiP est parfois disponible en fonction des t\u00e9l\u00e9proc\u00e9dures, et qui ne concerne qu\u2019EDI-REQUETE dans l\u2019imm\u00e9diat (AIS : Avis d\u2019Informations Sign\u00e9).<\/li><\/ul><p>Le d\u00e9tail de toutes les \u00e9tapes de traitement est \u00e9galement disponible sur votre suivi dans votre espace priv\u00e9 sur le site www.ASPOne.fr<\/p><h2>\u00a0R\u00e8gles applicables aux Boites Aux Lettres (BAL)\u00a0ASPOne.fr :<\/h2><ul><li>Quota maximum de 50 Mo attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque BAL\u00a0ASPOne.fr<\/li><li>Purge automatique des messages sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 24 mois et\/ou en cas de d\u00e9passement de capacit\u00e9 (50Mo).<\/li><li>Possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019envoyer des fichiers \u00ab\u00a0zip\u00a0\u00bb quelle que soit la m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9p\u00f4t choisie ; Ce fichier peut contenir au maximum 100 fichiers, faire 10Mo maximum, et ne peut concerner que la
