Soci\u00e9t\u00e9) est d\u00e9sormais disponible sur le portail ASPOne.fr et devra \u00eatre t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9clar\u00e9e sur l\u2019annexe 3310A de la CA3 (t\u00e9l\u00e9proc\u00e9dure EDI-TVA) soit en EDI-natif, soit via notre solution de saisie en ligne Web-D\u00e9clarations.<\/strong><\/p><p><b>Rappel<\/b> : L\u2019acc\u00e8s aux lignes du formulaire 3310A pour le paiement de la TVS ne sera accessible qu\u2019\u00e0 compter de janvier 2018, date de l\u2019obligation pour le paiement de la TVS. Cette taxe a \u00e9t\u00e9 ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 une p\u00e9riodicit\u00e9 \u00ab ann\u00e9e civile \u00bb et concernera donc pour la premi\u00e8re fois le dernier trimestre 2016 et l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2017 qui seront \u00e0 payer sur la TVA de janvier 2018. Cette proc\u00e9dure est utilisable par toute entreprise, cabinet d\u2019expert-comptable ou OGA, souhaitant t\u00e9l\u00e9transmettre des d\u00e9clarations et r\u00e8glements pour des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s.<\/p><h2>Les modalit\u00e9s d\u00e9claratives et de paiement de la TVS d\u00e9pendent du r\u00e9gime d&rsquo;imposition \u00e0 la TVA :<\/h2><ul><li>Si l&rsquo;entreprise rel\u00e8ve d&rsquo;un\u00a0<em><strong>r\u00e9gime r\u00e9el normal d&rsquo;imposition<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0en mati\u00e8re de TVA : elle doit t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9clarer et t\u00e9l\u00e9payer la taxe sur les v\u00e9hicules des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s sur l&rsquo;annexe n\u00b0 3310 A \u00e0 la d\u00e9claration de la TVA d\u00e9pos\u00e9e au cours du mois de janvier ;<\/li><li>Si l&rsquo;entreprise rel\u00e8ve d&rsquo;un\u00a0<em><strong>r\u00e9gime simplifi\u00e9 d&rsquo;imposition<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0: l&rsquo;entreprise doit d\u00e9clarer et payer la taxe sur les v\u00e9hicules des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s au plus tard le 15 janvier sur le formulaire papier n\u00b0 2855-SD. Il n\u2019existe pas de t\u00e9l\u00e9proc\u00e9dure pour ce formulaire.<\/li><li>Si l&rsquo;entreprise\u00a0<strong><em>n&rsquo;est pas redevable de la TVA<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0: elle doit t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9clarer et t\u00e9l\u00e9payer la taxe sur les v\u00e9hicules des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s sur l&rsquo;annexe n\u00b0 3310 A \u00e0 la d\u00e9claration de la TVA d\u00e9pos\u00e9e au cours du mois de janvier.\u00a0Dans ce cas, vous n\u2019avez pas la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019avoir recours \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure EDI (EDI-TVA ou Web-TVA), mais uniquement \u00e0 la d\u00e9claration en EFI sur le site des imp\u00f4ts !<\/li><\/ul><h2><span data-mce-mark=\"1\">Les prochaines \u00e9ch\u00e9ances pour les redevables de la TVS<\/span>\u00a0:<\/h2><ul><li>Novembre 2017 : pas de d\u00e9claration ni de paiement ;<\/li><li>Janvier 2018 : une d\u00e9claration et un paiement pour la taxe due au titre de la p\u00e9riode du 1er octobre 2016 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2017 ;<\/li><li>Par la suite, la p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;imposition sera annuelle et concernera une d\u00e9claration et un paiement en janvier N+1 au titre de la p\u00e9riode du 1er janvier au 31 d\u00e9cembre
