sppb-addon-text-block  \"><div class=\"sppb-addon-content\"><div><h2>QUI DOIT FAIRE CETTE DECLARATION ?<\/h2><p>A compter de la date de votre d\u00e9but d&rsquo;activit\u00e9, vous \u00eates redevable de cotisations aupr\u00e8s de la MSA.<br \/>L&rsquo;appel des cotisations repose sur un syst\u00e8me d\u00e9claratif. Vous devez donc transmettre chaque ann\u00e9e \u00e0 votre MSA une d\u00e9claration de vos revenus professionnels, si vous \u00eates dans l&rsquo;un des cas suivants :<\/p><ul><li>chef d&rsquo;exploitation ou d\u2019entreprises agricoles ou membre de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 affili\u00e9 comme non salari\u00e9 agricole ;<\/li><li>cotisant de solidarit\u00e9 ;<\/li><li>pluriactif rattach\u00e9 exclusivement \u00e0 la MSA pour vos activit\u00e9s agricoles et non agricoles ;<\/li><li>artisan rural.<\/li><\/ul><h2>A QUOI SERT LA DRP ?<\/h2><p>Vos cotisations et contributions sociales sont calcul\u00e9es annuellement sur la base de la moyenne de vos revenus professionnels des 3 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es (assiette triennale) ou, sur option, sur la seule ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant l&rsquo;appel de vos cotisations.<\/p><p>La DRP sert de base \u00e0 votre MSA pour le calcul de vos cotisations sociales et contributions obligatoires (maladie, vieillesse, allocations familiales, CSG et CRDS, contribution de formation professionnelle) ainsi que pour le calcul de la cotisation de solidarit\u00e9.<\/p><p>C&rsquo;est \u00e0 partir des informations que vous renseignez dans votre DRP, que la MSA \u00e9tablit vos appels de cotisations pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e suivant votre d\u00e9claration.<\/p><h2>QUAND ?<\/h2><p>Vous devez communiquer le montant de vos revenus professionnels avant la date de retour fix\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e par le Conseil d&rsquo;administration de votre MSA.<\/p><h2>QUELS SONT LES REVENUS PROFESSIONNELS PRIS EN COMPTE ?<\/h2><p>Vous devez d\u00e9clarer les revenus professionnels sur lesquels vous \u00eates fiscalement imposable, en tant que non salari\u00e9 agricole.<\/p><p>Par cons\u00e9quent, tous les revenus provenant de votre activit\u00e9 agricole et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, de son prolongement (tourisme, commercialisation ou transformation) entrent dans la base de calcul de vos cotisations.<\/p><p>Par ailleurs, en cas de pluriactivit\u00e9, vous devez \u00e9galement d\u00e9clarer vos revenus non agricoles fiscalement imposables sur la DRP.<\/p><h2>ATTENTION<\/h2><p>En cas de non-respect de l&rsquo;obligation de d\u00e9claration de vos revenus professionnels ou en cas d&rsquo;inexactitude des informations d\u00e9clar\u00e9es, vos cotisations pourront \u00eatre major\u00e9es&#8230; Les majorations et p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s peuvent facilement \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9es en respectant les dates de retour des d\u00e9clarations et en veillant \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des informations qui y sont
