donn\u00e9es sociales) est une d\u00e9claration annuelle obligatoire pour tous les employeurs de salari\u00e9s relevant du r\u00e9gime g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et du r\u00e9gime des collectivit\u00e9s publiques.<\/strong> Elle doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e le 31 janvier au plus tard (sauf d\u00e9lais suppl\u00e9mentaires pouvant \u00eatre accord\u00e9s par les OPS). L&#8217;employeur doit d\u00e9clarer pour chaque salari\u00e9 l&rsquo;ensemble des donn\u00e9es sociales dont les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations vers\u00e9es l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Les donn\u00e9es servent \u00e0 de multiples interlocuteurs, les partenaires TDS :\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><ul><li>l&rsquo;Assurance Maladie, pour ouvrir des droits, tarifier et pr\u00e9venir les accidents du travail ;\u00a0<\/li><li>les Urssaf, pour contr\u00f4ler la bonne application des cotisations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale et de l&rsquo;assurance ch\u00f4mage ;\u00a0<\/li><li>P\u00f4le Emploi et le Garp en r\u00e9gion parisienne, pour contr\u00f4ler les comptes employeurs \u00e0 l&rsquo;assurance ch\u00f4mage ;\u00a0<\/li><li>la Cnav, la CNRACL, le FSPOEIE et l&rsquo;IRCANTEC pour calculer les droits \u00e0 la retraite ;\u00a0<\/li><li>la DGFiP, pour v\u00e9rifier les d\u00e9clarations d&rsquo;imp\u00f4ts sur le revenu et de la taxe sur les salaires ;\u00a0<\/li><li>l&rsquo;Insee, pour \u00e9tablir des statistiques sur l&#8217;emploi et les salaires ;\u00a0<\/li><li>le minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;Emploi pour l&rsquo;obligation d&#8217;emploi des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><div><strong>Depuis janvier 2006, la norme DADS-U est devenue obligatoire en remplacement des normes DADS-CRC et TDS (arr\u00eat\u00e9 minist\u00e9riel du 5 janvier 2005 publi\u00e9 au JO du 1er f\u00e9vrier 2005).<\/strong><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><p><strong>Cette norme a \u00e9t\u00e9 substitu\u00e9e depuis 2018 par <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aspone.fr\/index.php\/dsn\/\"><strong>la DSN<\/strong><\/a><strong>. <\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Il subsiste toutefois des cas o\u00f9 la DADS-U reste possible ou n\u00e9cessaire\u00a0: <\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Si votre \u00e9tablissement emploie des populations \u00ab particuli\u00e8res \u00bb, rattach\u00e9es \u00e0 des organismes hors DSN (CNFPT, CNRACL, RAFP, FSPOEIE, FNC, SRE, RAEP, CNBF, CAVIMAC, \u2026), il faut transmettre une DADS-U compl\u00e8te \u00ab 01 \u00bb au moins pour les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s\u00a0;<\/li><li>Les Ci-BTP ne recevant pas encore les donn\u00e9es d\u00e9clar\u00e9es en DSN, une DADS-U \u00ab 04 \u00bb \u00e0 une caisse de cong\u00e9s intemp\u00e9ries du BTP sera attendue en avril pour le compte des populations concern\u00e9es. A compter du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2021, les CIBTP &#8211; mais aussi les Caisses de Cong\u00e9s Pay\u00e9s du Transport et de la Manutention Portuaire &#8211; seront en capacit\u00e9 de recevoir et traiter les DSN\u00a0; Il ne sera donc \u2013 d\u00e8s lors &#8211; plus n\u00e9cessaire de leur transmettre des DADS-U;<\/li><li>Si votre \u00e9tablissement n\u2019est pas soumis \u00e0 l\u2019obligation DSN ;<\/li><li>Les \u00e9tablissements entr\u00e9s en DSN n\u2019ayant pas \u00e9t\u00e9 en capacit\u00e9 de transmettre les donn\u00e9es des organismes compl\u00e9mentaires (OC) en
