administrative, les Pouvoirs Publics et les Organismes de Protection Sociale (OPS) cherchent \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les formalit\u00e9s que les entreprises doivent remplir en mati\u00e8re de cotisations sociales.\u00a0<\/p><p>C&rsquo;est ainsi que la DUCS (D\u00e9claration Unifi\u00e9e de Cotisations Sociales) permet de d\u00e9clarer, sous une forme unifi\u00e9e, les cotisations sociales obligatoires. Elle concerne actuellement les URSSAF, le POLE EMPLOI et le GARP, et les institutions de retraite compl\u00e9mentaire AGIRC ou ARRCO.\u00a0<\/p><p>Elle propose le t\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e8glement comme mode de paiement.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Un rapprochement pour la DUCS entre l&rsquo;URSSAF et P\u00f4le-Emploi a \u00e9t\u00e9 op\u00e9r\u00e9 en 2010 qui a comme principale incidence la reprise du recouvrement Assurance Ch\u00f4mage par les Urssaf. Depuis le 1er janvier 2011, les contributions d\u2019Assurance ch\u00f4mage et les cotisations AGS sont \u00e0 d\u00e9clarer et \u00e0 payer \u00e0 l\u2019Urssaf.<\/strong><\/p><p>Pour toute r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration vers\u00e9e \u00e0 partir du 1er janvier 2011, chaque employeur devra d\u00e9clarer et payer les contributions d&rsquo;Assurance ch\u00f4mage et les cotisations AGS aupr\u00e8s du r\u00e9seau des Urssaf et non plus aupr\u00e8s de P\u00f4le emploi.<\/p><p>Cette r\u00e9forme, pr\u00e9vue par la loi du 13 f\u00e9vrier 2008, a pour objectif de simplifier les formalit\u00e9s des employeurs avec une seule d\u00e9claration et un seul paiement aupr\u00e8s des Urssaf pour les cotisations et contributions sociales, ch\u00f4mage et AGS.<\/p><p><strong>Cas particuliers :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>Les contributions d\u2019Assurance ch\u00f4mage et cotisations AGS seront toujours \u00e0 d\u00e9clarer et payer aupr\u00e8s de P\u00f4le emploi pour les salari\u00e9s suivants :<\/p><ul><li>les intermittents du cin\u00e9ma, de l\u2019audio-visuel, de la diffusion et du spectacle ;<\/li><li>les personnels expatri\u00e9s.<\/li><\/ul><h4>La t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9claration de cotisations sociales en DUCS-EDI propos\u00e9e par le portail ASPOne.fr comporte de nombreux avantages pour une entreprise :<\/h4><ul><li>Pas de ressaisie des informations (envoi du fichier g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par le logiciel de paie),<\/li><li>Rapidit\u00e9 et s\u00e9curisation du transfert et des \u00e9changes<\/li><li>Transmission possible d&rsquo;un grand nombre de d\u00e9clarations en un envoi unique<\/li><li>T\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9claration et t\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e8glement simultan\u00e9s<\/li><li>Support des 2 formats de fichiers de la norme : COPLAT et COPAYM<\/li><\/ul><h4>La proc\u00e9dure pour t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9clarer et t\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e8gler ses cotisations sociales par EDI-DUCS se d\u00e9coupe alors en 5 \u00e9tapes<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Etape 1<\/strong> &#8211; Pr\u00e9alable technique : logiciel de paie agr\u00e9\u00e9<\/li><li><strong>Etape 2<\/strong> &#8211; Formalit\u00e9s administratives pr\u00e9alables aupr\u00e8s des OPS (Organismes de Protection Sociales)<\/li><li>Demande de qualification pour la DUCS-EDI<\/li><li>Demande d&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion au t\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e8glement<\/li><li><strong>Etape 3<\/strong> &#8211; Transmission aux OPS via le portail ASPOne.fr<\/li><li><strong>Etape 4<\/strong> &#8211; Traitement par l&rsquo;ASSEDIC,
