gestion et le recouvrement des principales taxes g\u00e9r\u00e9es par la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des douanes et droits indirects (DGDDI) sont transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de finances publiques (DGFiP) selon un calendrier s&rsquo;\u00e9talant jusqu\u2019en 2027.<\/p><p><strong>La proc\u00e9dure EDI-TICPE est mise en place \u00e0 compter du 01\/01\/2027 pour l\u2019acquisition de la taxe int\u00e9rieure de consommation sur les produits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques (TICPE)<\/strong>. C\u2019est une nouvelle t\u00e9l\u00e9proc\u00e9dure qui n\u00e9cessitera d\u2019\u00eatre habilit\u00e9 et agr\u00e9\u00e9 pour la mettre en oeuvre.<\/p><p><strong>P\u00e9riodicit\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p><p>La t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9claration de TICPE est une <strong>d\u00e9claration mensuelle<\/strong>, m\u00eame si toutes les annexes qui composent l\u2019obligation d\u00e9clarative n\u2019ont pas vocation \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9clar\u00e9es mensuellement.<\/p><p>En effet, cette obligation consiste pour le d\u00e9clarant \u00e0 d\u00e9poser un formulaire d\u2019identification (C-IDENTIF) accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une ou de plusieurs annexes.<\/p><p><strong>Liste des annexes pouvant \u00eatre transmises <\/strong>:<\/p><ul><li><strong>PPE-AH<\/strong>, <strong>d\u00e9claration unique AH (autres huiles)<\/strong>, formulaire annexe au PPE relatif aux accises sur les \u00e9nergies, fraction per\u00e7ue en m\u00e9tropole sur les produits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques autres que les gaz naturels, les charbons et l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ; elle est utilis\u00e9e pour la mise \u00e0 la consommation de produits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques non r\u00e9gionalis\u00e9s \u2013 avitaillement en produits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques &#8211; livraison en exon\u00e9ration d\u2019accises \u00e0 un avion ou \u00e0 un bateau \u2013 op\u00e9rations fiscales sp\u00e9cifiques assimilables \u00e0 des mises \u00e0 la consommation ;<\/li><li><strong>PPE-SG, d\u00e9claration unique SG (supercarburant et gazoles)<\/strong>, formulaire annexe au PPE relatif aux accises sur les \u00e9nergies, fraction per\u00e7ue en m\u00e9tropole sur les produits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques autres que les gaz naturels, les charbons et l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ; elle est utilis\u00e9e la mise \u00e0 la consommation de produits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques r\u00e9gionalis\u00e9s utilis\u00e9s comme carburants ;<\/li><li><strong>PPE-OM, d\u00e9claration des produits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques dans les d\u00e9partements et r\u00e9gions d\u2019Outre-mer<\/strong>, formulaire annexe au PPE relatif aux accises sur les \u00e9nergies, fraction per\u00e7ue en Outre-Mer sur les produits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques autres que les gaz naturels, les charbons et l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ;<\/li><li><strong>PPE-DCAQ, d\u00e9claration compl\u00e9mentaire sur les ventes de carburants en acquitt\u00e9<\/strong>, formulaire annexe au PPE relatif aux accises sur les \u00e9nergies, fraction per\u00e7ue en m\u00e9tropole sur les produits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques autres que les gaz naturels, les charbons et l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ;<\/li><li><strong>PPE-RSS, d\u00e9claration de reprise sur stocks<\/strong>, formulaire annexe au PPE relatif aux accises sur les \u00e9nergies, fraction per\u00e7ue en m\u00e9tropole sur les produits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques autres que les gaz naturels, les charbons et l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/li><\/ul><p>Le d\u00e9p\u00f4t du C-IDENTIF accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une ou de plusieurs annexes va g\u00e9n\u00e9rer la cr\u00e9ation du formulaire principal d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 <strong>PPE (D\u00e9claration polyvalente relative aux produits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques)<\/strong>, qui est un formulaire technique (non d\u00e9clarable par le d\u00e9clarant)\u00a0;<\/p><p>Cette nouvelle t\u00e9l\u00e9proc\u00e9dure sera \u00e9galement int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aspone.fr\/index.php\/nos-offres-dediees\/xml-edi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Traducteur XML-Edi<\/strong><\/a> et permettra d\u2019\u00eatre t\u00e9l\u00e9transmise sur notre portail en XML par les \u00e9diteurs qui le
